Introduction to Shakespeare (Years 5-8)
In this session we bring a whole year group together and get them acting out Shakespeare with performers who specialise in making Shakespeare a live experience. We get them playing characters, enacting scenes, making decisions, experiencing reactions and hearing the language and meaning of Shakespeare words and rhythms and sounds. And we do all this on a fully equipped stage that we bring and set up in your own school hall in less than an hour, leaving pupils with a lasting memory of Shakespeare as theatre - Shakespeare as fun - Shakespeare as an inspirational writer. It's an unparalleled experience.

KS3 Shakespeare (Year 9)
In these sessions - updated annually to keep in line with the latest examination requirements - we help your pupils achieve better grades through the unique opportunities we create. These include the chance for pupils to work out answers to questions posed by the text and then see their answers put into practice onstage; the chance to direct professional performers in open rehearsals that take place before their eyes; the chance to see set scenes acted out in full; the chance to perform with lighting, sound, costume and props alongside specialists who will guide them through the text instilling self-belief; and the chance to enthuse their own peer group with something they'll never forget because it's their own mates doing it for real on the spur of the moment! In a nutshell it's the chance for them to get a grip like no other on their set text of Shakespeare's. It's inspirational and it's simply not available from any other company in the UK. It's no wonder that these sessions are the diamond in our crown.

Shakespeare Fun Days (Years 5-9)
Just when students stop wanting to learn and start wanting to holiday, we grab their attention with something they never thought would interest them at all: William Shakespeare! We reinvent the whole school as a playground where Shakespeare turns up in unexpected places and in unforeseen ways. We make puppetry a tool to play with love; we place Shakespearean duels in the realms of film; we launch physical comedy routines and stage combat techniques on unsuspecting student groups; and we still manage to incorporate the interactive performances for which we are renowned. If you add a fancy dress competition (Shakespearean characters, naturally!) and the odd playground presentation, you end up with an experience that comes out of the blue but with long term benefits for students who learn while they're playing. And that, after all, is what Shakespeare is really all about. It's incomparable.

GCSE Shakespeare (Years 10-11)
Here you choose the play you want us to cover and the scenes or themes you want us to focus on, then you sit back and enjoy… In return we gather all your year 10s and/or 11s in one place and get them excited about Shakespeare through our team of hand selected performers who specialise in making Shakespeare fun, thought-provoking and relevant. Everything covered in the session relates directly to core issues raised by the text and pertinent to examination studies. But it's not about boring sitting and watching; it's about interactive approaches that get students talking, thinking and sharing opinions that move forward everyone's appreciation of Shakespeare. It's a thousand times more productive than a performance, yet it's absolutely Shakespeare as live theatre. There's nothing to touch it and nothing to beat it if you want your pupils inspired.

The Great War (Years 7-11)
In the safety of your own school hall we will take a whole year group or more, and excite them with a unique experience of the changing attitudes, society and literature of the First World War. They get the music, the poetry, the images and even the battleground history of 1914-18 and it's all presented through interactive theatrical performance which gets students on-stage in a recruiting office, on a battlefield and in the aftermath of the fight. Tied together through the poetry of Owen, Sassoon, et al, the innovation of this production is that it makes your own school hall a theatre in which your army of students is bombarded with the sights and sounds and mental challenges faced by the soldiers of the past. It's an interactive experience that no-one will forget in a hurry. Modern history on the modern stage.
