We're Supporting Change4Life

Food For Thought is a 60-minute interactive presentation, with optional workshop, which clarifies and reinforces the key messages of Change4Life. It was put together in conjunction with NHS Dudley, to help young people of all abilities and backgrounds to understand and engage with the Change4Life campaign at a meaningful level.

This unique interactive event allows pupils from Years 4-8 to discover for themselves the need for personal action to create and maintain a healthy balance in a modern lifestyle.

Through an interactive presentation and workshop it brings alive the core issues, while providing the skills needed for pupils to begin making their own sustainable Change4Life. Food for Thought is entertaining, memorable and can even be presented to parents, carers and other stakeholders to deepen the social impact.

These sessions were developed in conjunction with NHS Dudley and are available nationwide in the Summer Term 2010.  They are available to Education and Health Authorities for primary and/or secondary schools in their remit. Each presentation can be delivered to up to 150 pupils at a time.  Food for Thought comes in three different versions, allowing you to tailor it to your own individual requirements and budget:

Economy Version Up to 15 x 60 minute presentations per week
Standard Version Up to 10 x 60 minute presentations per week plus accompanying workshops

Deluxe Version

As for standard version but specifically tailored to local issues and your key targets

"Fantastic... so engaging" -  Ruth Hill, NHS Dudley's Obesity Prevention Coordinator for Schools.
