4. After signing in, the first thing that we will need to do is unload our equipment from our van into the hall or venue where we will be performing.

To help us plan this get-in, please indicate with a tick all the following that apply to the journey between where our van will be unloaded and where the performance space is:

a) You will be able to unload through doors directly adjoining the hall
b) There is a short corridor between the point of unloading and the hall
c) There is a long corridor or series of corridors between the point of unloading and the hall
d) There is a ramp or single step between the point of unloading and the hall
e) There is a flight of stairs between the point of unloading and the hall
f) There are other obstacles or potential problems (please explain below)
